The Giustaforza torque wrench is a precision instrument. It is guaranteed to be accurate within +/- 4% for the first 5,000 clicks. Thereafter, its accuracy will eventually degrade to +/-10%.
Unless you've neglected to return the wrench to its lowest tension setting after use, you don't have to consider recalibration. Five thousand clicks is a lifetime of use for most users.
However, if you're a bicycle shop mechanic and use this wrench every day, or if you've forgotten to loosen your wrench, you can have it recalibrated.

Recalibration Process:
Purchase the recalibration service (i.e., add this recalibration item to your cart), check out, and then send us your wrench. Pack your torque wrench securely in a box or padded envelope. No need to include any additional parts or original packaging.
